Returns & Exchanges Policy
We believe in TOTAL CUSTOMER SATISFACTION and our policies and service reflect this. To ensure you are totally happy with your purchase we have the following policy.
Returns & Exchanges - We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase so if you are unhappy with your items they can be returned for an exchange or credit voucher. Items must be unworn/unused and returned in new condition, within a reasonable time frame. We cannot accept returns of sale items, items out of season, items that are discontinued or items that are no longer stocked.
Gift Return - any unsuitable gifts are happily exchanged for more suitable options.
How to Return, Refund or Exchange
Please contact us within 7 days of your purchase and advise of your intention to return the item. You can contact us via email or phone on 0410 401 411. We'll discuss the process with you to return the item to us.
Damaged, Faulty or Lost Items - the occurance of damaged/faulty/lost goods is very rare indeed. We use trackable shipping to insure against it. However, if you did receive an item that was damaged/faulty or your package never arrived, please contact us immediately.
