Fundraising for Childcare Centres & Kindy's TOP
At Zimmer & Jee we believe it's important to support our local childcare centres and kindy's in their fundraising efforts. They do an excellent job look after our most precious little people & are always in need of funds to do it.
Zimmer & Jee fundraising drive - You are supplied brochures and related information to display and distribute at your Centre. Orders are obtained for your Centre and a percentage of all orders is giving to your Centre as fundraising dollars. Your Centre can choose to take a cash payment or payment in goods. There are also incentives and free gifts for various sales levels acheived providing you goods to use in your centre. Our fundraising catalogues offer excellent value for money, with many items at special prices only available during your fundraising drive.
Do You Ship Internationally? TOP
Yes! We ship internationally once each week. Simply add "International" to the comments section at checkout. Once we calculate your shipping cost we will be in touch to confirm your order & delivery time. Please ensure accuracy of your address details to ensure prompt delivery.
What products are available at Zimmer and Jee? TOP
Our product lines are ever expanding and currently we're making changes to our stock lines. We love toys, accessories, funky drink bottles, lunch boxes and educational toys - all things a little quirky, different and entertaining for kids.
We are currently introducing some exciting new products for decorating the little ones room, some great gifts and some gorgeous new lunchboxes and backpacks, So please keep an eye out, as we continue to expand and improve Zimmer and Jee!!

Once you're finished click to proceed to the payments page. You can choose to pay quickly through paypal.
If you would prefer to pay via direct deposit, please email orders@zimmerjee.com.au Orders paid via direct deposit will be sent payment information in an email and products are despatched once the payment clears.
Are My Personal Details Safe? TOP
Absolutely! This site does not retain any credit card information, nor are any of your details passed onto a third party. Additionally, if you subscribe to our monthly newsletter

What's Your Return Policy? TOP
We believe in TOTAL CUSTOMER SATISFACTION and our policies and service reflect this. To ensure you are totally happy with your purchase we have the following policy. We use a quality courier company and receipted trackable delivery and to date have had very little problem with damage or fault returns.
Returns & Exchanges - If you are unhappy with your items upon receiving them, they can be returned for exchange or credit voucher. Items must be unworn/unused and returned in new condition, within a reasonable time frame. We cannot accept returns of sale items, items out of season, items that are discontinued or items that are no longer stocked. If you are in doubt, just contact us!
Gift Return - any unsuitable gifts are happily exchanged for more suitable options.
How to Return, Refund or Exchange
Please contact us within 7 days of your purchase and advise of your intention to return the item. You can contact us via orders@zimmerjee.com.au or phone on 0410 401 411. We'll discuss the process with you to return the item to us. Items returned due to change of mind can be returned for exchange or credit voucher less original cost of shipping.
Damaged, Faulty or Lost Items - the occurance of damaged/faulty/lost goods is very rare indeed. We use trackable shipping to insure against it. However, if you did receive an item that was damaged/faulty or your package never arrived, please contact us immediately & we will happily replace or refund the item.
Please note that to return items to us you must first contact us and advise of your intention to do so. You will be given a Returns Approval Number that must be quoted with your returned goods. Goods returned without prior approval and without a RAN will not be accepted.
